CampusLeadFlow is designed to keep business CRM data organized in a protected workspace. This template should be finalized before production use.

Data we store

CampusLeadFlow stores workspace CRM data such as leads, contacts, deals, tasks, proposals, payments, website audit records, user profile information, billing plan metadata, and usage counters.

How data is used

Workspace data is used to power dashboard views, filters, analytics, usage limits, billing plan displays, AI outreach workflows, and CRM productivity features.

Authentication and security

Account access is protected through the configured authentication provider. Secrets, database URLs, payment keys, and AI provider keys must remain server-side through environment variables.

AI and third-party providers

If AI, email, payment, or analytics providers are connected later, data may be sent to those services only for the feature being used. Production deployments should disclose each provider clearly.

Data ownership

Workspace owners are responsible for data entered into the CRM, including client details, outreach messages, invoices, proposal terms, and payment records.

Retention and deletion

A production version should define how long records are retained, how workspace owners can export or delete data, and how backups are handled.

Production legal review
